Adult 1:1 Art Psychotherapy
I offer weekly 50-minute one-to-one art therapy sessions for adults in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. Art therapy provides an opportunity to explore emotions, relationships, and life experiences through image-making, alongside conversation where helpful.
Images are one of our earliest forms of expression, often communicating feelings and experiences that are difficult to put into words. No artistic ability is needed—the emphasis is on the creative process and what it may reveal. Sessions can support adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, life transitions, or those seeking greater self-understanding and emotional wellbeing.

Child/Adolescent 1:1 Art Psychotherapy
I offer weekly 50-minute one-to-one art therapy sessions for children and adolescents in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space. Through creative expression and guidance rooted in psychodynamic research/theory, young people can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in ways that may be difficult to put into words.
Regular sessions help build trust and provide consistency, supporting emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, confidence, and healthy coping strategies. Art therapy can benefit children and young people experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, bereavement, behavioural challenges, or significant life changes.

Child/Adolescent Group Art Psychotherapy
These weekly art psychotherapy groups offer children and adolescents a welcoming, confidential space where creativity becomes a way of exploring feelings, relationships, and life experiences. In two-hour sessions, group members are invited to express themselves at their own pace, alongside others who are doing the same. Within the safety of the group, participants experience the value of being witnessed with empathy and respect, often discovering that they are not alone in their experiences. Through shared creative exploration, they can develop greater confidence, emotional understanding, and new ways of communicating with themselves and others.
